The Quebec Quality Movement and Interface&Co are joining forces to transform Quebec organizations through continuous improvement, customer experience, and innovation.

Montreal, April 15, 2026 – The Quebec Quality Movement (MQQ) and Interface&co announce the signing of a strategic partnership aimed at developing your organization’s capacity to innovate in a collaborative, open, and people-centered manner to achieve organizational excellence for businesses and public agencies in Quebec. 

Needs are skyrocketing across all sectors, including healthcare, housing, the green transition, and social services. But we cannot ask organizations to “do more with less” without providing them with the right tools, methods, and partners. By joining forces, the MQQ and Interface&co are creating a unique ecosystem where continuous improvement (CI), innovation (INNO), and customer experience (CX) feed into one another to better create and deliver value, benefiting all Quebec organizations—public, private, and community-based. 

At the heart of this initiative is the goal of establishing innovation and customer experience as management practices in their own right—on par with continuous improvement—and embedding them permanently among Quebec’s best business practices. 

Together, the MQQ and Interface&co will develop concrete initiatives to support organizations in addressing their challenges related to innovation, sustainability, and growth. Among the planned actions are: jointly organizing webinars on innovation and customer experience; developing a customer experience maturity assessment; and jointly participating in the Business Best Practices Expo (MPA Expo), collaboration on joint consulting projects, and the development of a framework for customer experience and innovation management.   

By combining this expertise with the strength of the MQQ network, the two organizations aim to provide Quebec organizations with the practical tools they need to successfully carry out their transformations.
