Since the beginning of her career, Claudelle Rochon-Matifat has been a leader in change management for professionals in companies undergoing organizational transformation. Claudelle is a committed and passionate collaborator with 13 years of experience in change management and training. Known for her versatility and contagious enthusiasm, she accompanies Levio Conseils' clients in their transformation. Using innovative practices and integrated change and project management tools, she guides them towards organizational commitment, while generating the expected benefits. Claudelle has collaborated on over nine conferences in 2019, including Spark The Change Montreal. She favours practice to maximize learning in an andragogical approach.
