- Training of 2,500 young entrepreneurs in QUALImètre and awareness of good business practices, through a partnership between the Mouvement québécois de la qualité and the Défi de l'entrepreneuriat jeunesse program
- Implementation of a training and performance improvement program for tourism businesses offered to more than 100 businesses, as part of a program resulting from an agreement between the Mouvement québécois de la qualité and the Ministère du Tourisme
- Accreditation as a partner by Créacor and implementation of a human resources management, mobilization, management and organizational performance program. This impact program democratizes psychometrics. Human resources departments play a strategic role and are supported by managers, who act as partners in the mobilization and retention of personnel.
