For twenty years, Patrick was an operations manager and specialist in the implementation of continuous improvement projects in the food, pharmaceutical and medical sectors.
Since 2019, he has been working as a consultant in continuous improvement and more specifically in the fields of strategic planning and deployment of operational excellence, both in the manufacturing and service sectors.
