Experience
With a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Laval University and training in operations management, Pierre has nearly 20 years of management experience. He began his career at Waterville TG (Toyota) in process engineering and then held various positions in operations up to the level of assistant vice-president of manufacturing, responsible for three plants with 1100 employees. Under the wing of a Japanese mentor, he acquired the philosophy of the Toyota system while incorporating their management tools. He completed this through internships in Japan. For 5 years, he successfully represented WTG in the American Toyota Supplier Association. In October 2001, he became General Manager of Thona Canada and then Vice President of their North American operations. Joining Samson Loiselle and Associates in July 2005, he brings with him a vast expertise in continuous improvement.
