Description of the course

Do you want to adequately support your employees in the digital transformation of your organisation? Do you want to create the winning conditions to support your teams in adopting the change? This training is for you.

You will have the opportunity to reflect on your role as a manager in orchestrating change. Through notions related to best business practices, we will explore the main issues facing managers in the context of digital migration and their role in developing the key competencies required to adopt the change related to transformation. This will provide you with concrete tools to support your employees and help position your organization as an employer of choice.

This course is part of the GO Passport TR4NSF.0 but can be taken on an à la carte basis.

For online training, meeting invitations will be sent to you 48 hours in advance and will contain the web links to access the training. Make sure you have the necessary equipment to be able to hear and communicate with the trainer! The material will be sent to you as a link or PDF file to your email address.

General objective

This training presents the first phase of preparing human resources for the transformation. The second phase of the project is a three-day personalised coaching involving managers and supervisors and focusing on their realities.

This support will lead to an assessment of the reality experienced by managers on a daily basis and to support in the implementation of targeted development paths

  • a balance sheet in the form of a matrix of the skills of the employees involved in the digital process;
  • a management and communication plan to support the change;
  • a plan for the development of supervisory skills of managers in relation to the chosen digital process.

  • Description of labour force issues for the next ten years.
  • Sharing assessment tools to determine labour needs.
  • Transmission of tools to identify key competences.
  • Presentation of a competence matrix (individual and team transformational profile).
  • Identification of the management skills needed to meet the needs of tomorrow's industry.

Specific objectives

As a result of this workshop, participants should be able to :

  • understand the impact of staff retention on skills retention and development;
  • become familiar with the concept of employer branding;
  • to understand what a skill is;
  • become familiar with a competency matrix;
  • identify the key competencies associated with change management and the challenges of tomorrow's managers;
  • initiate reflection on the change management and communication plan needed to carry out a digital transformation project.
