A unique approach to attract more employees quickly

Description of the course

The training will offer 25 concrete tools to companies in relation to attracting labour, online recruitment, creating attractive job offers, opening up to different labour pools, employee retention strategies, developing an employer brand and the distinctive features of one's own corporate culture through the enviAB test.

On the programme:

  • 3.5 hours of recorded training available at any time (19 video lessons with 25 tools and examples in PDF format plus video demonstrations);
  • 5 one-hour remote group discussion sessions;
  • 5 one-hour individual distance coaching sessions;
  • Database of 100 enviAB tests with dashboard access for all administrators.

For online training, meeting invitations will be sent to you 48 hours in advance and will contain the web links to access the training. Make sure you have the necessary equipment to be able to hear and communicate with the trainer! The material will be sent to you as a link or PDF file to your email address.

General objective

At the end of this six-week programme, participating companies will have all the tools to differentiate themselves and become an employer of choice in terms of attraction, recruitment, retention and development of their employer brand.
