Group facilitation

Dare to discover and put into practice participatory approaches to increase efficiency!

Description of the course

What if the facilitation of your meetings could generate even more participation and mobilisation within your teams?

And if these meetings were energy and meaning generating, what would they look like?

When well designed and facilitated, meetings become privileged opportunities for you and the members of your teams to mobilise around a common intention or project, and to meet your objectives. Conversely, inadequate facilitation can lead to disinterest, disengagement or even demobilisation, and thus undermine these objectives.

Whatever the format of the meeting, it is essential that it is carefully prepared and skilfully conducted to create a human environment conducive to dialogue and mobilisation.

For online training, meeting invitations will be sent to you 48 hours in advance and will contain the web links to access the training. Make sure you have the necessary equipment to be able to hear and communicate with the trainer! The material will be sent to you as a link or PDF file to your email address.
