Description of the course

You have started a continuous improvement process and do not yet see tangible financial results. Or you are planning to start one.

In either case, if you want to get the most out of your time and that of your staff, you need to prioritise your continuous improvement activities. The solution? Make an improvement plan with Value Stream Mapping (VSM).

With this course, you will finally be able to see the entire value stream of your organisation... with value-added glasses. Identifying the opportunities for improvement and the biggest gains to be made will be easier for you. In addition, you will know in which sequence to carry out continuous improvement projects to achieve your business objectives.
