Description of the course
Imagine that your employees are gathered in a room where it is completely dark and they are trying to communicate and help each other. It's hard to do! The principle is the same when it comes to improving the way your organisation works. Mapping a process is essential to optimise it. Without this visual tool, your employees will find it very difficult to discuss the steps that make up the process in order to improve it.
Regardless of the tool used to produce it or the level of detail achieved, mapping gives a common view of the process to all stakeholders involved. A clear advantage for your organisation!
