Lean Six Sigma White Belt
A universal introduction to Lean Six Sigma concepts.
Description of the course
At the end of the day's training, participants will be made aware of the tools and concepts as well as the different phases of the DMAIC methodology, which has been proven and used internationally. In fact, many organisations that have opted for the Lean Six Sigma approach have not hesitated to train 100% of their employees as white belts. This makes it easier for people to buy in when they are part of continuous improvement project teams and greatly increases their contribution throughout the project.
This course is not a prerequisite for the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course.
For online training, meeting invitations will be sent to you 48 hours in advance and will contain the web links to access the training. Make sure you have the necessary equipment to be able to hear and communicate with the trainer! The material will be sent to you as a link or PDF file to your email address.
