Lean Master Certification - Module 3 - Gold Level

Improvement projects.

Description of the course

Continuous improvement workshops have often been the first formal Lean activities in companies. A well-prepared workshop that follows the rules guarantees greater success than one that is improvised.

In Module 3, you will use the philosophy of the A3 report to develop your mandate and to publish the progress of the resulting improvement projects. You will then make the link between the different areas of the A3 reports and the running of a kaizen workshop.

The following concepts will also be covered:

  • Facilitation concepts
  • FIPEC diagram
  • Spaghetti Diagram
  • Improvement worksite
  • Pareto and other diagrams
  • Introduction to creativity
  • Divergence and convergence tools
  • Governance of improvement projects in line with the strategic plan
  • The QPM
  • Typical monitoring routines

General objective
