Costs of quality: how to assess them?

Tons of dollars are being wasted all over your organisation... Can you afford not to?

Description of the course

Organisations that have embraced Lean or continuous improvement have been shocked to discover the many sources of waste they are plagued with. Using these techniques, they have been able to develop a strategy to identify the most costly waste and then control, reduce and even eliminate it. It is not enough to ask about costs. On the contrary, it is necessary to develop a technique that leaves nothing to chance and intuition.

Learn how to cost the various types of waste and prioritise those that will be most cost-effective to reduce or eliminate.
