Tools to turn a problem into a challenge

Maximise people's motivation to commit to change and to be involved in an action plan.

Description of the course

This very positively oriented workshop presents intervention tools that leaders - managers, coaches, project managers, implementers and others - can use to help people truly understand the situation at hand and turn it into a mobilising challenge.

Whether in coaching, project management or creative problem-solving meetings, people are eager to express themselves about the current problematic situation and its negative aspects.

This willingness of people to speak their minds can easily be used by the leader. In doing so, the leader becomes an inspiring resource for his or her people, able to help them see the situation in a new light, to see it as a challenge or even an opportunity to be seized and developed.

The leader, as the bearer of this philosophy, uses a different language to describe the challenge and uses particular tools in his or her individual and team meetings, in the way he or she calls for action, etc.

For online training, meeting invitations will be sent to you 48 hours in advance and will contain the web links to access the training.
