Designing the future

Come and learn how to lay the foundations for building a robust innovation system.

Description of the course

Development is crucial for companies. By innovating, your organisation will not only have the chance to stand out, whether it be through its products or services, but it will also be able to position itself competitively for years to come. It will design the future! In this advanced, live, online workshop presented by experienced coaches, you will learn a proven, holistic development framework that aligns the entire organization to accelerate time to market, minimize design rework, reduce development team frustration, and deliver a new product or service that meets customer expectations and needs.

Decisions made during the development phase will determine costs, profit margins, sales, market share, performance, brand reputation, employee morale - in short, the success of the organisation in the years ahead. Products and services that don't meet customer expectations, overrunning budgets due to last-minute changes, poor supplier integration during the development process, long lead times, start-up difficulties... For most organisations, developing properly is a struggle.

Stop struggling. In Designing the Future, trained coaches will introduce you to the powerful framework of Lean Product and Process Development (LPD) to lay the foundation for building a robust innovation system.
