Training and coaching of supervisors

A must for any new leader who wants to improve his or her management practices.

Description of the course

Who are the 'Ys'? How is this generation different from the baby boomers? What makes individuals form a real team and adhere to new group values? Are deliveries regularly late? Why does the B-team perform better or worse than the others? Communication is all well and good, but how do you introduce interaction and partnership between workers? All these questions and many others related to production management and the many aspects of communication are addressed in this new training course.

This practice-oriented approach advocates coaching people through the development of involvement and partnership by using different communication approaches, accompanied by constructive interventions with staff.

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT

We advocate an individual training approach in order to offer each supervisor assistance and coaching that is completely adapted to his or her own work reality. In this way, we are able to offer truly personalised training that is precisely tailored to their particular needs.

Of course, in this context, you do not have to replace the supervisors during their training since we train them in their own work environment, in real situations, interacting with their own team.

Coaching is provided by experienced supervisors, who have a hands-on approach to the daily life of a supervisor.

For online training, meeting invitations will be sent to you 48 hours in advance and will contain the web links to access the training. Make sure you have the necessary equipment to be able to hear and communicate with the trainer! The material will be sent to you as a link or PDF file to your email address.
