Description of the course
Are your processes generating unexpected costs, delays or recurring errors? Chances are that they are wasteful.
If you don't know where to start to improve the situation, the kaizen training is for you! The course contains everything you need to know to carry out a successful kaizen, from planning to delivery to deliverables, and the facilitation rules to follow. The facilitator is the custodian of the methodology, so it is important that he or she is able to reorient and support the group at all stages of the process.
For online training, meeting invitations will be sent to you 48 hours in advance and will contain the web links to access the training. Make sure you have the necessary equipment to be able to hear and communicate with the trainer! The material will be sent to you as a link or PDF file to your email address.
General objective
After completing the kaizen training, you will be able to return to your workplace and apply the methods and tools presented to facilitate an effective kaizen.
