Agile Management of Digital Projects

How to break down project costs for a phased implementation.

Course Description

Faced with rapid innovation, global competition, and increasing complexity, organizations sometimes struggle to adapt quickly to the changing environment in which they operate.

The implementation of software packages or Industry 4.0 technologies has led to countless horror stories. You’ve heard all kinds of them, and the fear of going through that nightmare is paralyzing you?

Learn how to break down the deliverables (the value) of these projects so you can roll them out gradually and learn from each iteration.

See how you can apply the MVP (minimum viable product) concept to each of your initiatives to make the transition smoother—both for your organization and its employees.

In a constantly changing world, agility will enable you to face the unknown with confidence while reaping the benefits as early as possible in your implementation.

This training course will show you how agile approaches enable organizations to continuously reinvent themselves with limited investment, achieving ongoing improvements while minimizing the impact on their day-to-day operations.
