The kata approach

Make concerted use of each other's talent.

Description of the course

The great competitive advantage of an organisation is its workforce. But do we know how to make the most of this diamond in the rough?

The kata approach is at the heart of the highly effective process that led to Toyota's success. This approach aims to systematically achieve the desired solutions by using the kata of improvement and the talent of each person in the organisation in a concerted and iterative way.

Whether you are a manager, production supervisor or team leader, you will also develop your coaching role through the coaching kata. You will find great benefit in the problem-solving scenarios and simulations that will enable you to develop your improvement reflexes.

Applied in everyday life, the kata will bring the spirit of the samurai into your management and operations teams, and turn your employees into problem-solving warriors!
