Compassionate Leadership: Become a Champion of Mental Health in the Workplace

Equip yourself with practical tools to recognize signs of psychological distress, intervene with confidence, and foster a team culture that promotes well-being and performance.

Course Description

In an environment where mental health has become a strategic priority for organizational performance and attractiveness, this training program offers managers a unique opportunity to strengthen their leadership skills and take care of their teams—and themselves.

This structured and engaging program provides a deeper understanding of the dynamics of mental health in the workplace and equips participants with practical strategies for identifying, preventing, and addressing sensitive situations. Participants develop key skills to act with compassion and foster a sustainable culture of psychological well-being within their organization.

The program is structured around four complementary components:

Demystifying Mental Health: Breaking Down Stereotypes, Understanding Factors That Promote Well-being, and Managing Stress.

Recognizing psychological distress: quickly identifying the signs, including when working remotely.

Intervene with compassion: welcome others without judgment, communicate effectively, respect the boundaries of your role, and refer them to the appropriate resources.

Fostering a culture of well-being: reducing psychosocial risks and strengthening teams’ psychological safety.

Thanks to exclusive tools (a checklist of warning signs, a psychological well-being barometer, and questioning techniques) and a dynamic methodology that combines theory, discussions, and role-playing exercises, each participant leaves with practical strategies they can apply immediately to positively transform their work environment.
This training is a tangible investment in building teams that are more engaged, more resilient, and more effective.
