Description of the course
We are all creative, but many are reluctant to use this talent in their work. This course will help you to carry out the key steps of a proven approach: the creative problem solving process, or CPSP. You will leave with basic tools for generating ideas from problems and turning them into action.
For online training, meeting invitations will be sent to you 48 hours in advance and will contain the web links to access the training. Make sure you have the necessary equipment to be able to hear and communicate with the trainer! The material will be sent to you as a link or PDF file to your email address.
General objective
Participants will be able to understand the basic concepts and steps involved in a creative process, and then apply basic, proven techniques for identifying and formulating problems, generating ideas, selecting and strengthening the most promising ones, and then taking action.
