Put people at the heart of your digital transformation

A practical day to propel you into action and better transform yourself.

Description of the course

In the digital age, your employees can feel overwhelmed. Technologies are evolving at breakneck speed, changes are multiplying and the effort to adapt is immense in the era of Industry 4.0.

No wonder over 70% of change initiatives fail to achieve the full benefits associated with human issues. As a manager, you play a key role as a transformational leader.

Traditional change management is indeed tending to disappear. You will gain by reinventing your support tools to make them more agile and collaborative.
This training will enable you to :

  • understand the pillars of digital transformation and their impact on your teams;
  • understand the human challenges you face with the help of concrete cases of digital projects and examples of good practice from market pioneers;
  • and to see how these concerns need to be thought through strategically, upstream, with your company's management.

You will be better equipped to maximise the chances of success of your transformations and to optimise the return on your investment in new digital technologies.

This training consists of a day of practice and co-development, based on the A.R.T. approach.MD (act, readjust, transform) approach to propel you into action to better readjust and transform yourself.

The founding of Levio Conseil in 2013 was based on the conviction of its president that the transformation of organisations would accelerate globally. If we want our private companies to be internationally competitive and our governments to be more efficient, we must not only initiate this transformation, we must also succeed.

Your trainers are at the heart of many organisations' digital transformation projects to simplify and streamline the digital transformation process using an approach tailored to our clients' context, focusing on rapid value generation and risk management. Levio, with its business and technology consultants, is a partner of choice for all organisations that want to succeed and be the leaders of tomorrow.

This course is one of the six required to obtain the Digital Strategist certification. However, it can be taken on an à la carte basis.
