Problem solving A3

Give all your employees a simple and universal template that will allow them to solve their daily problems and grow your organisation.

Description of the course

Come and learn a technique that will facilitate the implementation of economical, sustainable and viable solutions. You will learn how to record on a single page all the information relevant to understanding the problem, from background to follow-up, in A3 or 11×17 format, using the Plan/Do/Check/Act cycle.

For online training, meeting invitations will be sent to you 48 hours in advance and will contain the web links to access the training. Make sure you have the necessary equipment to be able to hear and communicate with the trainer! The material will be sent to you as a link or PDF file to your email address.

General objective

Participants will leave with the Movement's A3 problem-solving template and all the information they need to teach their employees how to fill it in properly.

Details of the course

After an introduction that will cover the optimal way to deploy the methodology in the organisation, each section of the A3 template will be explored. For each section, the trainer will give you the pitfalls, tips, do's and don'ts, etc. You will also have the opportunity to practice with a real case from your organisation, giving you practical experience with the tool.
