Daily Management System (DMS)

The key to integrating your Lean processes.

Description of the course

Do you want to contribute to operational excellence within your organisation and work towards your strategic objectives day after day? Improve your production processes? That's all well and good, but improving your management system and processes is a must!

The best way to do this is to create a sustainable, on-the-ground culture of day-to-day operations management that focuses on continuous process improvement and the development of team skills and autonomy - not just results - through the rapid identification and resolution of problems and gaps.

With its structured and methodical framework, the Daily Management System (DMS) has proven its efficiency in managing the performance of teams and systems through performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards that allow for quick and effective targeting of actions to be taken, maximising the range of tools offered by Lean Six Sigma.

For online training, meeting invitations will be sent to you 48 hours in advance and will contain the web links to access the training. Make sure you have the necessary equipment to be able to hear and communicate with the trainer! The material will be sent to you as a link or PDF file to your email address.
