Description of the course

Based on the Lean system, this training presents visual management tools and practices as a foundation for the effective establishment of daily routines for leaders.

To be able to standardise the work of leaders and integrate it well into the day-to-day performance management system in order to optimise productivity, isn't that the goal of any organisation?

You do Gemba walks, but do you make an effort to structure the learning from them? Do you have a plan when you leave your office to go into the field?

Implemented gradually and at the end of a successful Lean transformation, the kamishibai makes it easier for all employees to adhere to and respect the standards. Summarising each standard on a card for the attention of someone in the process forces us to make it clear. The principles of visual management ensure that audits are carried out at the right frequency. And the learning culture closes the loop, allowing each employee to continuously improve their work with the help of a coach.

Making problems visible in order to solve them better is the essence of continuous improvement: you can't improve what you can't see!
