Course Description
This Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training course is designed for professionals and individuals involved in operations who wish to deepen their understanding of continuous improvement projects through a structured, practical, and sustainable approach. It covers the fundamentals of Lean and Six Sigma, linking them to contemporary issues such as digital transformation, innovation, social responsibility, and resource conservation.
Participants will learn to structure a project according to the main phases of Lean Six Sigma: Define, Measure, Analyze, Innovate, and Control. At each stage, simple yet powerful tools will be introduced and put into practice (FIPEC, QQOQCCP, Pareto, 5 Whys, Kaizen, control chart, etc.).
The training program covers essential concepts related to change management, stakeholder dynamics, interdisciplinary collaboration, and conflict resolution. It also highlights the use of technological and digital tools, including generative AI, to support ideation, prioritization, and project documentation.
Finally, it introduces the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) from a Lean perspective, through the Lean-SDG framework, and shows how continuous improvement can support the environmental and social transformation of organizations.
Targeted exercises will help participants become familiar with how certain key tools work.
An exam to validate your certification is available for the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
This course is recommended as a prerequisite for theLean Six Sigma Green Belt course.
General Objective
