Fourteen (14) days of training and classroom activities, eight (8) hours of individual coaching to support the completion of your certification project, and a final exam. A improvement project is required to obtain certification.

Course Details
Throughout the training program, participants must be able to devote 8 to 16 hours per week to ensure the timely completion of their certification project and the proper assimilation of the course material.
