Course Description
Do your customers complain too often? Are your operating costs high? Are your processes unstable or inefficient? Are your improvement efforts failing to deliver the expected results?
Through the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt program, you will learn how to systematically structure your continuous improvement projects, pinpoint the real problems, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions. The DMAIC approach (Define, Measure, Analyze, Innovate, Control) is at the heart of this training, enriched by an integrated perspective on sustainable development, digital technologies, and artificial intelligence.
You will learn about practical tools such as the A3, FMEA, prioritization matrices, SMED, Kanban, process maps, and control charts. You will also be introduced to visual management systems, dashboards, Kaizen approaches, and the DMS (Daily Management System).
Throughout the course, you will work on a case study and receive guidance on how to carry out a real-world project within your organization. You will use modern tools, such as advanced Excel, collaborative platforms, and even AI, to enhance your analyses, decision-making, and presentations.
In addition to the method, you’ll learn several practical tools that will come in handy in all kinds of situations. But beyond the theory, this training will provide you with concrete insights—“How does it work in real life?”
To round out your training, you will receive guidance on implementing an improvement project. Upon successful completion of this project, you will receive an official “Lean Six Sigma Green Belt” certification from the Mouvement québécois de la qualité.
Prerequisites: Relevant workplace experience and a basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel. A yellow or white belt is strongly recommended before taking this course.

Throughout the course, you will have the opportunity to work in teams on a case study from the beginning to the end of the training.
Three exams will assess your learning at the end of each block: two 30-minute exams and one 60-minute exam at the end.
You will receive your certification after successfully completing the following steps: participation in the six-day training program and practical exercises, three exams, an improvement project, and an oral presentation of the project.
