AI Certification Level 2: Experienced in AI

Understand LLMs, select the right projects, and leverage your data and infrastructure: This intermediate-level course takes you from exploration to practical application in a business setting.

Course Description

Before leading an AI project, you need to understand what an LLM is, know which models are available on the market, and understand how they differ. This second level of certification takes you from “I’ve heard of it” to “I know how it works and what I can do with it in my organization.”

You’ll learn about the main LLMs available and their use cases, the process for selecting AI projects aligned with your company’s priorities and objectives, the assessment of benefits and justifications, a detailed calculation of return on investment, and the practical integration of AI into teams. The course also covers the basics of corporate data (what data is, how to clean it, how to interpret it) and digital infrastructure, with a practical overview of Claude Code, skills, cybersecurity, and the use of data and infrastructure within the organization.

This module guides you through the key questions involved in taking action:

  • What LLMs are available, and which one should you choose based on your use case?
  • How do you select an AI project that aligns with your company's goals and ROI?
  • How can you leverage your data and infrastructure to run AI in-house?

This course is part of a four-level AI certification program. Levels 2 through 4 will be certified through an exam based on the program’s content.

LEVEL 1: AI Explorer

LEVEL 2: Experienced in AI

LEVEL 3: AI Champion

LEVEL 4: AI Visionary
