In addition to being the benchmark for the Prix performance Québec, the QUALImètre is a recognised management model, like those of the European Quality Foundation and the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. The same criteria of excellence are applied. The QUALImètre is relevant to any type of company or organisation, whatever their field or size.

The stages of the support service

  1. Free meeting with the QUALImètre Master Facilitator to fully understand the needs and challenges of the organisation
  2. Submission of a service offer including an understanding of the issues, an adapted work methodology, a presentation of the deliverables and the resources involved (collaborators, participants, etc.), a timetable for completion and a financial evaluation of the applicable fees
  3. Working meetings between the QUALImètre Master Facilitator and your organisation
  4. Preparation of the performance review and submission to your organisation's management
  5. Adjustment and presentation of the assessment to your organisation by the QUALImètre master facilitator
