In order to ensure that your privacy is respected, the Mouvement québécois de la qualité (Mouvement) has adopted a privacy policy. The purpose of this policy is to establish the Mouvement's personal information management practices in all its relations with its clients. The treatment of your personal information is confidential. We do not sell or transmit any personal information to other organizations. In any case, your personal information is never reused for purposes other than those indicated here, unless the Movement obtains your prior explicit consent.

The Mouvement québécois de la qualité offers a secure browsing environment on all pages of its site as well as for the purchase and payment processes. It uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt the information transmitted on our site. This encryption guarantees that the connection is made exclusively between you and the Movement, safe from prying eyes. Use of cookies

The Movement's website uses cookies. These identify your computer and save your preferences for future visits.

Our site uses cookies to store certain information when you create a wish list or select courses (Cart ). The information stored is your name, address and other contact information. The Movement does not store payment information.

The user can refuse cookies, but will then have to fill in a form each time he/she wants to register for a course.

The Movement will investigate all complaints regarding compliance with its policy and will take all appropriate measures, including, if necessary, changes to its practices. In all cases, you will be informed of the outcome of the investigation of your complaint.
