Lean Six Sigma Programme
The combination of two powerful methods!
An international and profitable program
The Movement maintains its standards and goes even further!
- New white belt training opens the door to various options.
- One day added to the current Yellow Belt training.
- Green Belt training has been completely revamped with an additional day and new exercises!
Did you know?
Being certified pays off not only for organizations that accomplish improvement projects, but also for the certified individual themselves! According to the American Society for Quality, certified Green Belts earn 23.9% more on average per year than those without certification holding the same position. For Black Belts, the difference is 16.9%.*
From “Make Your Move,” Quality Progress, December 2019, page 42.
Do you need a little nudge to start or finish your Green Belt certification?
Good news: If you started your training over a year ago and have not yet started or completed your certification project, we offer you a Green Belt Upgrade to get you back on track. This one-day training includes two hours of phone coaching.
International standards LSS 6001 and LSS 6002
LSS 6001 and LSS 6002 recommend a minimum of 120 hours of Black Belt training and 40 hours of Green Belt training respectively. Our training meets these international requirements. Don’t be fooled by a short course that may seem more attractive at first glance. Choose Mouvement for its credibility and reputation!
