Who are the eligible employers?
All employers located in Quebec are eligible to participate in this program, with the exception of public bodies and political organizations. These include :
- private companies;
- private business clusters;
- cooperatives;
- non-profit organisations;
- municipalities;
- self-employed workers;
- communities and band councils.
