The Performance Networks are exclusive to members of the Mouvement québécois de la qualité and are reserved for organizational leaders, as well as directors and managers responsible for quality and continuous improvement. Consultants, students, and professors are not eligible to participate in the Performance Networks, nor are organizations with fewer than 11 employees.
