Training objectives
The goal of this training session is to allow participants to better understand the basics of agile methodology and to provide them with several practical approaches to put in place when they return to their respective places of work.
In addition, participants will be able to initiate the transformation of one or more of their business teams (regardless of their areas of expertise) to a more agile way of managing their work.
