Description of the course
It's hard to know where your company stands compared to others if you don't leave your own four walls. Come and answer 65 questions with other companies that, like yours, are striving to be more successful.
You will sometimes be the master, but often the student: you will stand out in certain practices, but for others, you will be able to benefit from the experience of the people around you.
This is the power of networking, a concept that the Movement has been piloting for over ten years! Come and exchange with your peers under the critical eye of a seasoned quality advisor from the Movement using a world-class diagnostic tool.
For online training, meeting invitations will be sent to you 48 hours in advance and will contain the web links to access the training. Make sure you have the necessary equipment to be able to hear and communicate with the trainer! The material will be sent to you as a link or PDF file to your email address.
General objective
At the end of the workshop, the participant will have in his hands a detailed diagnosis of his company and solutions to counter its main weaknesses.

Details of the course
Teaching strategies:
Together with other companies who want to improve their performance just like you, you will answer the 65 questions of the short QUALImètre, which will give you a very good base from which to propel your company further. At the end of each of the six dimensions covered by the tool, people in the group will share their practices on the subject. A quality advisor from the Mouvement will also be able to intervene, giving the group the benefit of his or her extensive experience on the topics covered.
