Description of the course
Give your team a real introduction to Lean.
This half-day training course leaves out the historical and theoretical aspects in favour of teaching popularised concepts that will awaken the minds of your organisation's people to a proven method.
To develop a culture of excellence, all employees must be able to identify ways to improve in their daily lives. Give them the means to do so concretely, as soon as they return to work!

General objective
Understand the concepts of the Lean philosophy
- Value added and non-value added;
- The eight wastes and their incarnations in your activities;
- Go to the field, ask people why, and do it respectfully.

Details of the course
- Understand what added value is and how to objectively identify it in your activities;
- Know the eight types of waste and how they are embodied in transactional, service or operations processes such as public works:
- One exercise is to name examples of each type of waste in your organization;
- Learn the five whys technique and practice using it in a team with simple and universal examples from everyday life.
