The cost of the training provided by Desjardins Group is an eligible investment under the Act to promote workforce skills development and recognition (certificate of accreditation number: 0000250).
Attestation/certification
Participants in Movement training courses will receive, depending on the course, a certificate of achievement or an official certification. Only participants who have satisfactorily completed the training session will receive this attestation or certification.
Registration fees
The registration fee must be paid before the course starts.
Fees and discounts are subject to change.
Cancellation policy for our courses
Training of 2 days or less
- Cancellation 10 working days or more before the start of the course: no charge.
- Cancellation within 10 working days: 50% of the registration fee will be charged.
- Cancellation within 72 working hours or absence of the participant: 100% of the registration fee will be charged.
Training of 3 days and more
- Cancellation 15 working days before the start of the course: no charge.
- Cancellation within 15 working days: 50% of the registration fee will be charged.
- Cancellation with less than 10 working days or absence of the participant: 100% of the registration fee will be charged.
Participant substitutions for the same training are accepted free of charge (subject to certain conditions depending on the course).
Cancellations must be made by email: formation@qualite.qc.ca.
The Mouvement québécois de la qualité reserves the right to cancel a training course at the latest 5 working days for face-to-face training and 48 working hours for online training, before it begins if the number of participants does not reach the minimum required. Those who have paid the registration fee will receive a credit or a refund.
The Mouvement québécois de la qualité reserves the right to refuse or cancel a registration.
