Experience

I worked for 20 years at the IBM plant in Bromont, where I discovered a passion for teaching and quality/continuous improvement.

I was a full-time quality advisor for the Movement from 2018 to 2021. During this mandate, I facilitated performance networks, helped organisations to become more efficient, participated in the organisation of the MPA Fair, etc.

In 2022, I decided to devote myself full time to my passion (see below!)

Achievements

I contributed to the^2nd edition of the Movement's electronic guide to strategic planning and to the Quality Strategist - Superhero trilogy.

Passions

Board games, especially historical and complex ones. I have a YouTube channel on the subject and I'm working with a few US publishers to refine prototypes. One of my games, about the Patriot uprising in Lower Canada, was published in 2018.
