Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt

The real gateway to Lean Six Sigma.

Description of the course

After a presentation of the key concepts of Lean and Six Sigma, each phase of the DMAIC approach will be described. The main deliverables of the phases as well as the most common tools that are likely to be used during each phase will be presented.

At the end of the training, participants who wish to do so can take an exam that will allow them to obtain the official Yellow Belt certification from the Mouvement québécois de la qualité. This exam is optional. In all cases, a certificate of training hours is sent to participants, as usual.

This course is not a prerequisite for the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course.
