Sixteen (16) days of training and classroom activities, fourteen (14) hours of one-on-one coaching to support the completion of your certification project, a final exam, and access to Minitab software for six months to facilitate data manipulation, visualization and statistical analysis.

Details of the course

Throughout the course, participants must be able to dedicate 8 to 16 hours per week to support the diligent completion of their certification project and the adequate absorption of the content taught.

This training is often a prerequisite in industry for leadership roles in continuous improvement, operational excellence or quality management.
