Strongly inspired by the Business Model Canvas (BMC) for business plan development, the GO! Model Canvas tool for operations management and GO! makes it as easy as possible to plan for your improvement project using a systems approach.

With this one-page outline, you will be able to establish the material and human resource requirements for an improvement project, based on the company's business strategies.

This tool has proven itself in several Quebec companies. It optimises the time taken to complete an improvement project by limiting unforeseen events. It facilitates the permanence in the organisation of improvement projects in continuous mode.

 

For online training, meeting invitations will be sent to you 48 hours in advance and will contain the web links to access the training. General objective
