Lean Master Certification - Module 1 - Bronze Level

Introduction to Lean

Description of the course

In ten years, Quebec companies have made giant strides in integrating continuous improvement into their management methods. Both day-to-day management (correction of deviations from standards) and process improvement (improvement of standards) have benefited.

The Lean Master certification trains influencers who master continuous improvement approaches in order to promote continuous improvement in all areas of the organisation.
