Lean Master Certification - Module 4 - Platinum Level

Apply concepts such as reliability and risk analysis in all sectors of activity.

Description of the course

Module 4 of the Lean Master certification covers the fundamentals and best practices for equipment and process reliability. This module explores improvement concepts including OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), diagnostics and specific improvement projects with respect to equipment.

This module also deals with the reliability of administrative processes from a TPM-inspired perspective but adapted to the realities of service companies. Risk analysis and FMECA should be used as a complement to reliability tools in order to predict risks and analyse the failure modes that impact your equipment and processes. Reliability is everyone's business!

Because a dysfunctional equipment or process usually means high losses, all activities related to equipment and process reliability are of strategic importance for all organisations.

Pre-requisite: Module 3 of the programme
