The purpose of this code is to preserve and strengthen the bond of trust between members of the Performance Network and partners or guests.
- The network guest agrees to keep confidential any personal or organisational information from other network members, and not to mention any company name related to a practice discussed.
- It is agreed not to target or solicit employees of network members for recruitment purposes, who have been met through the network, unless agreed between the member and the invitee.
- According to the modalities established by the network, the guest contributes, to the best of his/her knowledge, to the achievement of the objectives established by the group.
- The guest keeps an open mind and does not rush to judgment.
Relationships between network members are based on sharing, listening, helping each other and are driven by a passion for improving best practice.
