The poka-yoke approach is a quality tool that ensures complete control over each operation. It is, in effect, a physical means of preventing an error from occurring. In other words, the ideal error fighter!
This half-day course will enable you to learn and understand this Japanese tool.
Be able to control human errors and identify problem situations that may lead to the production of defects or cause an accident at work.
