The learning organisation

Evolve your organisation to achieve high levels of performance.

Description of the course

To achieve high levels of productivity, organisations need to be able to manage risk and make changes at an increasingly rapid pace. They must continuously foster learning. Practices that enable learning must be built into the functioning and structures of the organisation.

But learning goes far beyond traditional training activities. When mastered and effective, it enables the organisation to evolve and transform itself to develop a learning culture and become a leader in its field.

Listening to employees' ideas, innovation, processing information from customers, on-the-job training, sharing learning and benchmarking are the main pillars of the learning company.

This three-hour webinar introduces you to the concept of the learning organisation and suggests actions you can take to begin this cultural transformation.

Available only in company adapted to your needs.

For online training, meeting invitations will be sent to you 48 hours in advance and will contain the web links to access the training. Make sure you have the necessary equipment to be able to hear and communicate with the trainer! The material will be sent to you as a link or PDF file to your email address.
