Problem solving and decision making: the Kepner-Tregoe method

The critical thinking that has been transforming people for 60 years.

Description of the course

Companies face a strong demand to develop the capabilities of managers at all levels to solve important problems in their organisations.

Problem Solving and Decision Making: The Kepner-Tregoe Method (KT) equips tomorrow's leaders with the rational thinking skills necessary to provide the foundation for effective leadership and situation management.

KT reflection processes give people the competence to think clearly and work with the complexity of today's world. By getting to the heart of concerns and situations, they are able to address the most complex challenges in organisations.

These methods give managers the keys to challenge their teams on vital and priority concerns. A common language and process is essential for effective and efficient collaboration across teams, functions and geographies.

For online training, meeting invitations will be sent to you 48 hours in advance and will contain the web links to access the training.
