Foodservice packaging manufacturer Polar Pak has been commissioned by Tim Hortons to produce a new lid for its hot coffee cups.
This item used by millions of consumers in North America was first tested on a smaller scale in Quebec. A careful approach that allowed the company to solve a major problem: the lid was causing spills.
