Group Facilitation

Dare to discover and put participatory approaches into practice to become more effective!

Course Description

What if the way you facilitate your meetings could encourage even more participation and engagement among your teams?

And if these encounters were a source of energy and meaning, what would they look like?

When well-designed and facilitated, meetings become valuable opportunities for you and your team members to rally around a shared goal or project and achieve your objectives. Conversely, poor facilitation can lead to disinterest, disengagement, or even demoralization, and undermine these objectives.

Regardless of the format chosen for the meeting, it is essential that it be carefully prepared and skillfully conducted in order to create a welcoming environment conducive to dialogue and engagement.
